Most of our costumes are ready to wear upon arrival! We understand that cosplayers value convenience and quality. Each costume is carefully crafted and includes all essential components. Some specialized or custom items may require minor adjustments for the perfect fit.
Do you offer custom-sized costumes?
Yes! We offer custom sizing for many of our costumes. During checkout, you can specify your measurements for custom items. Please note that custom-sized costumes may require additional processing time (typically 3-5 business days).

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Most costumes ship immediately after processing. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your costume is on its way!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We proudly serve cosplayers worldwide. However, we currently cannot ship to some remote areas in Asia and other specific locations. During checkout, our system will verify if your address is eligible for delivery.
What about customs fees and import taxes?
International customers may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific regulations.
