All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special events, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated!

Planning Tip: For convention deadlines, we recommend ordering at least 4-6 weeks in advance and choosing Standard Shipping to ensure your costume arrives with time for any adjustments!

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, please note that we currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas due to carrier restrictions. Shipping times may vary for international orders, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your cosplay purchase. If your costume doesn’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, here’s how we can help!

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We Accept Returns & Exchanges For:

  • Items in original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged costumes
  • Items returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products with manufacturing defects or errors in your order

Important: Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of cosplay items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or altered costumes – Many of our costumes from series like Assassin’s Creed or specialty items involve custom work
  • Opened or used costume accessories that affect their resale value
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless defective)
  • Costumes from horror collections (like Annabelle or A Nightmare on Elm Street) if the packaging has been opened

Return Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our support team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include in your return package:

  • All original packaging and tags
  • The Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside
  • A copy of your original invoice or packing slip

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3-5 business days and process accordingly:

  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item using your original shipping method
  • Refunds: We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable for “changed mind” returns. For defective or incorrect items, we’ll refund the original shipping costs as well.

Exchange Policy

We happily accept exchanges for size or style within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are in original condition. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or refund based on your preference.
