3. Orders and Payment Terms

3.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special events, processing time may be slightly extended, but we will keep you updated.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes. We accept the following payment methods:

3.3 Shipping and Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

• Free Shipping: Free on orders over USD 50, delivered within 15–25 business days via EMS

4. Return and Exchange Policy

4.2 Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of cosplay products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made or altered costumes
• Accessories that have been opened or used, affecting resale value
• Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless defective)
• Opened horror-themed costumes (e.g., Annabelle, A Nightmare on Elm Street)

4.3 Return Process

The return process includes the following steps:

1. Submit a return request to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 2 business days
3. Package and return the item with all original packaging and tags
4. Your return will be inspected and processed within 3–5 business days after arrival

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4.4 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: 3–5 business days to appear in your PayPal account

Please note: For “change of mind” returns, shipping fees are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items, original shipping fees will be refunded.
